My favorite blue slaw

1 package coleslaw mix
1/2 cup Ken's blue cheese dressing
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
salt and pepper

Mix together. I usually add more dressing asneeded

garlic white lasagna

I made this great lasagna courtesy of Southern Living
Hot italian sausage
onions, garlic, roasted red peppers, wine
cook and mix together
spinach, ricotta, egg
Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, sausage mix, spinach mix, mozzarrella.
top with parmesan, bake 1 hour

ho hum days

I haven't been very creative with my cooking the past few days. I need some inspiration. I wish you could get decent fish around here. Maybe I will do a spinach artichoke lasagna.
